The lighting is great. I'm glad you stepped outside your box to try something different! How many shots of old people do you have? For some reason I can't recall too many. I'm sure they are great though!
My only real critique for this is that I don't like how he is holding the light. I don't think his facial expression makes sense with the positioning of his hand. But overall, this is wonderful. And I don't usually get inspired, like...ever, but I can actually feel a slight inspiration come from viewing this. Very nice!
